You can pay using Pay Pal, money order, cashier's check, or personal check.
Please note that if you are using anyone of the last three methods, you
must wait until payment clears before your order will be shipped. If you
have further questions, or prefer to order direct from us rather than
through this web site, please email
us.
Confirmation
All sales subject to confirmation. As with all software, there is sometimes
an error in calculating the final price, or with the options you selected.
We must be able to contact you via email, so you must supply us with a
working email address in order to confirm your total sales price. If there
is an error, in your favor or in ours, we will not ship until we can contact
you.
Shipping
-Shipping does include insurance
-For orders going to Canada please email
us to get a shipping quote.
-Shipping on average takes 1-3 days to reach you after your cage has been
completed.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it under the
following conditions:
-Returns must come back to us in the new condition as it arrived
-You will receive a full refund, minus shipping fees.
If an item arrives damaged, don't worry. It is covered by insurance, and
we will help with all claim forms.
